Along with familiarising and integrating new colleagues, we put a high priority on the training and further education of our employees. The TEMPTON Academy is responsible for planning the content of the various training and education courses we offer, in accordance with the vocational training and continuing education requirements stipulated by the IHK (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry). In our in-house training programmes, we also prepare and qualify our trainees for the exams and the job.
