Dr. Klaus Eierhoff, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dr. Klaus Eierhoff, born in 1953, has been CEO at TEMPTON since 16 January 2012. As a former member of the Management Boards of Karstadt AG and Bertelsmann AG as well as Chairman of the Management Board of Thiel Logistik AG Dr. Eierhoff has many years of professional experience in leading positions in the Germany industry. Dr. Eierhoff was most recently a partner and managing director of Odewald & Compagnie.
 
Uwe Klärner, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Uwe Klärner, born in 1961, has been CFO of TEMPTON since 1 October 2011. In his function as CFO, he is also a member of the Management Board. Before joining TEMPTON, Klärner held an executive position at SAG GmbH (based in Langen, Germany), a leading system provider for networks and plants, as business division manager for operations in Germany and other European countries. Prior to that, he was employed as Chief Financial Officer at the All Service Gebäudedienste GmbH and Neptun Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs GmbH companies.
