As Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) in direct employment with our client, your expertise is in demand. Here you will ensure that open questions and problems are dealt with - you decide whether from home or on site.

What will my tasks be?
- You will provide support via helpdesk systems for the users of the software solutions in English and German.
- Furthermore, 2nd level support for IT professionals as well as the re-enactment of the various use cases of the customers on the sample systems are part of your tasks.
- Conducting intensive error analysis based on log files as well as screenshots and snapshots.
- You will dig deep into the customer's use cases, which come from a wide range of industries.
- Contributing to further product development and 3rd level support in close cooperation with our software development.
What should I bring with me:
- You have an education in network, IT or system administration or specialist informatics or have a comparable background.
- You can handle technical or application support with ease
- It is easy for you to empathise with the day-to-day challenges of customers
- You are familiar with network protocols such as SNMP, SSH, Flow and WMI
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of German
What is a plus (but not a requirement)?
- Ideally, you also have experience with IoT, products such as VMware, Cisco IOS, NetApp or are well versed in script programming or Powershell.
