Logistics Representative (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a Logistics Representative (m/f/d) or Office Administrator (m/f/d) with strong English and German language skills to support our experienced logistics team for our client in Estenfeld.

The position is full-time and permanent, with the possibility of Home-office after the initial training period.

Your daily tasks:

• Independent processing of shipping and production orders
• Monitoring and updating the status of shipments and orders
• Ensuring on-time deliveries and comprehensive documentation
• Communication with internal departments and external logistics service providers
• Supporting the organization of global shipping processes
• Maintaining key performance indicators and taking over operational logistics tasks
• Customer service in German and English

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in a commercial field
• Experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain management, or industrial administration
• Excellent command of both German and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Reliability and flexibility
• Professional behavior in interactions with various stakeholders
